Residential Care (Respite) - RCT (2008)

Respite care for frail elderly and EMI/dementia service users (aged 65+) living in Rhondda Cynon Taf.

Respite for People with Learning Disabilities (2008) Respite care offered at 4 houses for adults (aged 18+) with learning disabilities living in Rhondda Cynon Taf.

Sanctuary Counselling and Training (2009) Offers a counselling service for individuals, groups, families and partners, often with mental health problems for ages 4 to 90+ in Merthyr Tydfil and Rhondda Cynon Taf.

Scope Cymru (2009)

A respite care service for people living in Rhondda Cynon Taf and caring for a person (aged 16+) with a learning disability (2004).

Single point of access service - RCT

 

A contact telephone service, where trained staff, assist assessors in commissioning the best range of service options, in order to maximise the chosen outcomes for our Service Users.
